Below is a chart on how to install your cooler, I like to install the cooler so that the trans fluid runs through the radiater first then the cooler because the car radiater will be warm so if the cooler is last in line then the fluid will be colder when it reaches the trans.
  If you are not sure which way your fluid flows then you can disconnect the top trans line at the radiater, place a large rag over the trans cooling line and the place were it enters the radiater, then have someone start the car and let it run for about 5 seconds then shut if off, after doing this you can look at the rag and figure which way the fluid was flowing. NOTE: make sure the car is not hot because the hot trans fluid could burn
